Jumpthemoon.com is an on-line art gallery featuring original paintings by Karen Ann Smith. Karen graduated from the Cleveland Institute of Art with a BFA. Karen began her career working for various product development firms as well as an exhibit designer specializing in international trade show design. It was when Karen moved from the funky seaside town of Santa Cruz, California to Richmond, Virginia, that she decided to concentrate on raising a family and creating fine art on a full time basis. Karen and her family have recently relocated to Austin, Texas to do some more exploring and gather more life experiences that will certainly influence her pieces to come!
